Feedback: I came in New York with My Friend Angelo. We didnt book any
hotel before the arrival. Our Friend Marina (very Beatutiful russian Girl)
advized us to spend the night in Portland Square.When we got inside of
the Hotel we found very friendly People which found for us a nice Room
for the rest of our Vacation. 8 Days for a good Price and Great and Clean
place!!! All service included, and every day we had a room with all in
order. The location is just amazing, Between Broadway and 6 avenue (the
avenue of Americas) we couldnt find anything better and cheaper. I say
thanx to the owners for the great and polite feedback we got! When we
will come back To NY we already know where to go! Portland Square Hotel,
the best you can get. Word of Italians!

The Portland Square Hotel is the perfect spot for my NYC visits. I live
in Philadelphia and travel to New York several times a year to see plays
and sightsee. The location is perfect, the staff always friendly, the
rooms clean and pleasant. With the money I save, I can afford to enjoy
a drink or a meal at one of the "high-class" hotels, that offer very little
more than Portland Square, when it comes time to go to sleep.

Feedback: First of all, I want to say that I have stayed at your hotel
twice in the last year or so and have enjoyed it both times. The location
is fantastic and I have recommended the hotel to many friends.

Feedback: I stayed there for two nights and was incredibly pleased, overall.
I thought the building was interesting and in a amazingly great location.
The staff was professional and organized. And, the price was so great,
I went and splurged on an orchestra seat at a Broadway show to see FIDDLER
ON THE ROOF, two blocks away. Honestly, for a single man coming to New
York City for a business meeting, on a budget, nothing could be better.
I wont hesitate to stay there again, and I wont be hesitant to come to
New York knowing I can get a descent room so affordably.

Feedback:"Perfect location, perfect hotel" We chose this hotel based on
the reviews here and it was perfect. Small clean room w/private bathroom.
We got as low a level room as possible (3rd floor) because I'd read evelators
were slow. It was short walk up the stairs to our room and we only used
the evelavtor the first day. This place was exactly what we wanted!! A/C
worked, and room was simple, enough space for 2 people, one bed, and our
luggage. Very clean but older furniture and appliances in bathroom. Windows
opened (had to prop them to stay open) and limited street noise. Didn't
expect to spend a lot of time in the room and didn't. This was a great
price for the location and amenenties. Will DEFINATELY stay here again
and again!
